I understand how fearful it can be to tell someone about the abuse you're suffering with. I understand only too well. What you have to understand is that you don't deserve to be treated in this way. You are not all those terrible things they call you. Those are lies, statements and name-calling meant to hold you back, keep you down, and keep control over you. They have serious problems, and they're twisted in the way they behave toward you.

At some point, you must reach out for help, otherwise it will continue and the effects will only deepen. You don't deserve that. And it's not your fault that it's happening.

You didn't say where you live, so it's difficult to offer any kind of hotline number. But you do seem to be aware of one, so please, reconsider you position on this. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call Child Help anonymously. And it doesn't have to be a report of abuse. Just someone to talk to about what you're going through. The number at Child Help is 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453). Visit their website by copying & pasting the following URL into your browser: https://www.childhelp.org/hotline/

You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and love, Ray. Start by treating your Self in that way...call the number. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
