You did SO well, Deb. As difficult as dealing with this bully was, you were a shining example of professionalism and self-respect. You stayed true to the core of who you really are as a human being. Thumbs up to you, girl!

Its Hard to Swim Upstream

Good going, girl. It is hard to swim upstream, to go against the flow. It is hard to stay calm, polite, and professional when our insides are churning and our 'triggered' emotions are screaming for an unhealthy release. But YOU did it! I am so proud of you. You are a survivor turned thriver! I have said it before but I will say it again--abuse survivors are some of the strongest, most resiliant people I know.

You are a winner!
