My Friend

My friend was so scared she came to me. She told me her stepdad hits her. Then her grandma threatens to hit her. She told her dad. "Do you want me to do that to you," was all he said. Her sister makes it worse. She tells her that everyone hates her. I final told, and the authorities are investigating. I hope she gets a better place to live. I want to let her stay with me a while, but my mom says she will find a better home. She can stay a little while. I really want to get her help. She can get mad 'cause I told, but it was to help her. One day she'll thank me.
