I have had my share of heartache and stress, and the number one thing I do to lighten me up is laugh. Whether it's a funny tv show, jokes, or just the events of the day I laugh. Laughing hasn't come easy but I have learned to laugh. I find laughing puts things into perspective!

I couldn't agree more! Studies have shown that when a person laughs, endorphins are released into the blood stream. These endorphins help overcome stress, but they also leave the body feeling "good". When the body feels good, disease is fought off and the emotional well-being of the person is maintained. Laughter really IS good medicine. Thank you for sharing with my visitors and me.
