I couldn't agree more! Studies have shown that when a person laughs, endorphins are released into the blood stream. These endorphins help overcome stress, but they also leave the body feeling "good". When the body feels good, disease is fought off and the emotional well-being of the person is maintained. Laughter really IS good medicine. Thank you for sharing with my visitors and me.

Just a little smile on your lips
Cheers you heart, keeps you in good humour,
reserves peace in your soul, promotes your health
beautifies your face, induces kindly thoughts
inspire kindly deeds: I guess when you laugh the whole world laughs with you: I like nothing better than to spend time watching TV all comedy just to laugh my heart off: Makes me feel really good inside: LET IN LAUGHTER: Let in Joy, Then the whole machinery of the mind and soul will be cleansed and be their normal selves: More than ffty percent of all ill-nesses can be cured with one vigorous round of God's Medicine: LAUGHTER Thank you: you sure made my day for reading That: Ah sure Darlene has one very welcoming smiling countenance welcoming and inviting people on to her site: You can't beat a smile: it works wonders: Thank you both: Smile ahile with Maurice' Good on you both:
