Brave One
by: Karen Weaver

You are a brave young lady. I am proud of you! You had the courage to do something i did not. You did the right thing, not only for yourself but also your siblings. And kudos to your dad as well! The key to pursuing your abuser is properly punished is to follow thru and it sounds like you are. Schools alot of times dont want to involve themselves in "family problems". I am soooooo proud of you! You are wise beyond your years.

Even animals would never treat their young so sadistically
by: Anonymous

Victoria, what your beast of a mother did to you and your sisters was and still is truly pathetic, sick, sadistic, and ungrateful. I'm so sorry that you guys didn't have a good mother. Oh, and she is wrong; you are not ugly and neither are your sisters; you guys are beautiful. You guys are not fat; you guys are not stupid; you guys are smart, articulate and worthy of love that you guys were so sadistically denied of. Even reading this heart-wrenching story of yours really made me sick to even see that you guys were born into such a house to that brute who sadistically treated you guys. However, I am so glad that your dad is with you now because he is a truly sweet man for doing that; I just hope that you guys will get your sisters away from that so-called mother of yours and that loser scum of a mother will be incarcerated for all those terrible and sadistic crimes that she committed against you guys because she is a truly bad and sadistic mother to be so cruel to you guys. Be brave, Victoria, and stay strong. I am hurting for you guys.

children/teenagers need to be blieved
by: maurice

Victoria 2 your so called mother treated you sadistically/cruelly bruised and pained you even in fron of your school teachers. When will we ever learn to hear and listen to children and especially teenagers when they report abuse. As a 16 year old you have rights. you are still at a very vunerable age of being open to be abused because of you age. Even in front of your teachers they stood by that sicko of a mother. These people need to be professional when it comes to reporting abuse. Darlene words to you are full of hope both for you and your sisters. I have no doubt she realises you are now becoming a winner over abuse. Your in a safe place. Now start believeing in yourself, your own giftedness and tallents. do your best in school/college just for you NOW. Have a healthy mind in a healthy body. Take part with your peers in healthy disciplines of sport and cultural outlets in your community and school. You'll find the benefits will out shine a negative attitudes towards being active and alive. Be safe/stay safe Victoria 2
