Child Abuse Story From Payton-Danylle

by Payton-Danylle
(Missouri, USA)

I was sexually and physically abused by my father from the time I was three until July 2010. I suffer from some pychological issues thanks to the abuse. I remember screaming at my father to stop hurting me when I was younger. I hate talking about it but I think it is best that people know. My paralyzed sister was not as lucky as me. She used to scream in the night thinking father was attacking her. On November 1st, 2010 she commited suicide, most likely from the haunting memories of father. She was only 7. I miss her dearly. She was 9 years younger than me. Being abused for a long period of time can result in the effects it had on my sister. If you are being abused, please get help now.It can save your life.

sister suicide at age seven
by: My Two Cents

I am not sure I understood your story completely. You wrote that your sister was parlyzed and that she commited suicide at age seven?

Wouldn't she have been receiving medical assistance such as home care and respite daily? There should be a corner's inquiry into a death like that, if only to find out if a medication had an adverse effect on your sister. Such an inquiry might also find signs of abuse that could lead to your dad being held accountable for his crimes.

I kind of wonder if the person who told you (dad?) that she commited suicide is telling the truth...I believe what you wrote but the sicide aspect seems hard to fathom given the level of medical care sister would have gotten and the parylasis.

I hope you check back and answer that if you can, because I would really appreciate knowing if there is something for nurses and home care aides to watch for.

Thank you!

Be well.

My Two Cents.

I WILL: I CAN: I MUST: BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT: ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF: Payton-Danylle: Great Darlene re-assured you that you had a very important message to all who read your story: My two cents equally has a very natural re-action to your truth telling of your story and what happened you at the hands of your abuser/molester Yes; if your sister was invalided then it may be something else that happened for her to end her life at such a tender age: That beast of a man certainly abused her beyond her endurance: Get help for yourself: Some form of counselling would be a great new beginning for you: Make and have real friends in your life: they will love and cherish you for the brave and courageous young adult thinking person you are: Hi there is a full and complete life to be lived even after the pain of being abused: Darlene has proved that: she is a victim into victory over her horrific abuse too: Always believe in yourself: MY MOTTO WILL BE I will: I can: I must: because I am WORTH it:
