First and foremost, I'm delighted that you see yourself in such a positive light and that you understand that you are not the lies your parents say you are. Secondly, you are a terrific sister. A very caring and loving sister. Lastly, just because Social Services didn't remove you from the home doesn't necessarily mean they did nothing. Obviously, if things are still bad at home, they didn't do enough. Or they skirted their responsibilities to you as the abused child. You do need someone to talk to about what's happening in your life. Please consider contacting one of the hotlines listed on my stories page, depending on where you live, in order to talk to someone confidentially. You most definitely don't deserve to be mistreated. You certainly deserve help for the fact that you are being mistreated. And you're so right when you say "never give up." Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

I'm Sorry
by: Anonymous

You parents are wrong. You are not useless; you are worthy of love, dignity and respect. You are not trash; you are beautiful. You are not a failure; you are strong and you are perfect just as you were. Something is seriously wrong with your parents and they need help. Oh, and that's not discipline; that's just abuse and torture. Oh, and you are not to blame for their nearly sadistic behavior; they are to blame because they chose to abuse you. You were the child; they were the adults; they had all the power and they misused it over you, so the sooner you tell someone, the better. If they ever hurt you or your loving sister ever again, please tell someone you really trust and keep telling until he/she will finally listen to you and help you guys.
