I know you submitted your story quite some time ago. I've been dealing with eye issues that have made reading online a major problem. My apologies for taking so long to post.

You don't deserve to be mistreated. You are worthy of dignity and respect, not beatings and comparisons to your sister. Please consider contacting Child Help at https://www.childhelp.org/contact/ Just copy & paste into your browser, or call them at 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) in order to talk to someone about what you're dealing with. Though it's great to have a friend you can share with, someone who is experiencing some similar to you, that friend can only help you to a small degree. Call or write them.
