It doesn't surprise me at all that this guy is a pastor. Religious organizations and faiths are full of such predators, mostly because they have a target-rich environment for their sick urges.

Here's the thing...he preyed on children. He groomed you and your parents into believing he could be trusted. And he's very likely still sexually abusing children.

Regarding your ever-present fear of this twisted guy, something you might not have considered: it is highly unlikely he would ever go after you again because you're too old for his pedophile ways. He's a coward. Not only do his perverted urges take him to children, he preys on them in ways that keep them quiet. So the fact that you've opened up here, on this site, is a huge first step. I have faith that you'll take the next step and the next and the next after that so you can have peace in your life. Don't ever blame yourself. Don't hang onto the guilt when it wasn't you who have it to bear.
