BRAVO!
by: Annie

Bravo! We all need to take our power back and refuse to be victims any longer. As long as we suffer our abusers still have control of our lives. I agree totally, NO MORE!

Wonderful advice

I agree . And once we realize so much of our lives has slipped away it becomes middle age later in life panic, for time we cannot retrieve we feel again punished. One aspect of this bullying that I want to point out is that its not just the abuser who "might" still be laughing. Abuse from people totally unrelated do it. Especially if you work in a front line public service job. A general rudeness now seems to exist where before people at least tried to be polite. Ive noticed. And if you are a good person down in your soul and doing good things that somehow might bring light to the darkness that the abuse has shadowed your soul with, these good deeds got me looked at funny and bullied and teased and used and taken advantage of. Being a good helping soul today exposes you to manipulations that people like us cannot afford to have At this point we have to stop the draining. Its whats left of our souls they are "playing" with when they take from us and draining the very thing that makes us good and them, well whatever they are called. So this so not meant to sound negative. Im just pointing out that what time we have left we do work on smiles and happiness somehow. I find that is the ultimate insult to the forces of darkness that caused this in the first place. Being a good person exposes us, its like a huge neon sign attracting the unwanted. So safety comes with a mature development of suppression of our goodness and giving. I find.Live in a measured way. Be happy.Be silly, be free.
