Death by Child Abuse: Nixzmary Brown

by Jessica
(New Mexico, USA)

Nixzmary Brown (July 18, 1998 – January 11, 2006) was just 7 years old when she died. Her step-father Cesar Rodriguez slammed her head on a bathtub faucet and he held her under freezing water in the winter time. He made her sit in a wooden chair and tied her up and locked her in a room. She was forced to use a litter box. She was sexually assaulted. He did all that to her just because she stole a cup of yogurt. He starved her to death. Nixzmary's mother, Nixzaliz Santiago, just stood and watched Cesar beat Nixzmary.

If I haven't left you a comment or one that is in-depth, please do not take my lack of a personal response as a slight, or as a statement that your story is somehow unworthy of my time. Nothing, and I do mean nothing, could be further from the truth. If there was a way for me to respond to all of you at length, I would.
