To Cassie:
by: Darlene - Healing Coach

I do see from where you're coming. And I do see such an outlook as positive, as long as one has done a great deal of healing first. Otherwise, it's a way to bury pain that will keep resurfacing.

My heart broke when you said, "I am glad that I was taught at a young age what happens when you open up to someone... Keep your mouth shut and your emotions inside if you want anyone to stand by your side..." Silence kills. It keeps one in a state of total isolation. Sooner or later, silence overtakes and steals everything that makes us human. Either it hardens our hearts or it breaks it into a seemingly non-repairable trillion little shards.

I send you loving healing energy, Cassie.
