I mean this in the most supportive way, but it sounds as if you might be experiencing symptoms of schizophrenia. My friend has it and he went through something really similar. He heard God and Jesus speak to him. He found messages that were directed to him personally in unexpected places. He is recieving treatment and doing very well, though he still gets confused sometimes about what is real and what is not.
