Oklahoma does nothing about child abuse. To start it off I am an eye witness to a man who would fondle his 12 year old daughters breasts and I mean rubbing them to sexual satisfy him self. I called DHS and the police right away they told me if she is not dead or pregnant go get lost. So when the 12 year old girl came and told me he wakes me upstairs 5am to take a shower with the door open so he can walk in when iam in the shower. Those words pissed me off so I have made calls all the way up to the governors office they all told me the same thing my eyes and ears are lieing go away what has this world come to a world where it is OK for a father to rape his daughter. I told my wife I would and will find some one to help us get her daughters out of that sick mans house. Anyone reading this and can help us I will be forever in your debt this man is sick and God only knows what is going on in that house now. And by the way don't count on lawyers to help you either cause they wont. DO NOT MOVE TO OKLAHOMA WITH CHILDREN THEY DON'T CARE. Thanks for reading.

When you don't get any action from one level of authorities, go up the chain of command. Document everything you have seen and when, as well as what this young girl is saying. Consider contacting Child Help at 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) in order to talk to someone about the abuse you are aware of. They are staffed 24/7 with professionally trained counsellors. They are not a reporting agency, although they can help you through the process of reporting. Visit their website by copying & pasting the following URL into your browser: http://www.childhelp.org/get_help

Thank you for sharing what's happening in your community regarding child abuse reports with my visitors and me. You are a caring and compassionate man.

Oklahoma resources
by: Skruff

Here are some resources from Oklahoma. The State does do something about child abuse, BUT you have to get them motivated. Going to "private" and semi-private agencies with your suspicions is a good way to build a fire under their posteriors .

The C.A.R.E. center in Oklahoma City is a good place to start. Their web page will give you tips on how to make an effective call to D.H.S.

Call 911, and report the child abuse anonymously.
Call many times from different phones.

Call the D.H.S. again, and tell them you are going to call the Newspapers and T.V. stations. mention the Kluths and tell them about the black-eye that case gave State workers.

Remember April is child abuse awareness month, and The State is hosting many activities to make people aware of child abuse. Mention that and ask them if they want to do something, or just talk.

Call the Oklahoma Department of Family and Health, and report the case to them. When they try to give you the number to D.H.S. tell them you have already called, and that you got no action.

Then follow through. Call the radio, T.V. stations and the big Newspapers,
