Lighten Up With Curling

The "Lighter Side" of Curling

We're a couple who live in the north.
We wanted to take up a sport.
We decided a broom would make us both swoon.
Curling was what we brought forth.

Our first time on ice we did yell.
Our bottoms were bruised 'cuz we fell.
But we persevered, despite our sore rears.
And now we are both doing well.

We're not poets, but we sure are curlers!
