Not enough information...

Ale, you asked "if" my son was sexually abused by a minor. I cannot tell if you are asking because it DID happen or because you suspect it happened or because you are wondering what do to if it does happen. Assuming it did happen, you did not say if it has already been reported; that would be step 1.

You did not say if he was abused in school, in a daycare, by someone in your family, a neighbour, etc., so I cannot offer any advice on how to deal with the specific situation.

You did not say what age your son is, or what age he was when the abuse took place. You did not say what age the minor offender is, or was at the time of the offense. Nor did you state what kind of sexual abuse took place.

Without more details, there are too many variables for me to answer this question in any detail within the confines of this space. If your son was sexually abused, report to the proper authorities and ensure that he has access to age-appropriate counselling. As his parent, counselling would be advised for you as well.
