Keep finding the positive. And when you find yourself in angry thoughts when it's inappropriate to express them, go for the best-feeling thought you can muster, and then keep going with best-feeling thoughts so that you begin to see things differently. You're doing great! As always, love, light and healing energy to you, Hayley. Thank you for sharing how you're doing with my visitors and me.

Great job keeping your cool, and sticking to your plan. You have a great coach who truely understands and cares about you. Keep up the good work.

I did it
by: Hayley

Thanks guys. As my beloved Villa are in action again tonight I will be dumping my remote controls into my desk drawer. I am anticipating further pain and frustration! As for Coach, i should think he does stick to what we agreed as it was him that suggested to me that I leave the ice to calm.down when I am getting frustrated! He does get on my nerves from time to time, but at least when it comes to hockey we are reading from the same page as it were. Thanks again guys, I don't plan to give up on this issue yet.
