Sounds as though what you described has happened to you, Sue. Given the scandalously pitiful child abuse situation going on in Australia right now, this has to be even more disturbing for you. I sincerely hope that you find some measure of peace.
That is exactly my story and the situation in my state in the U.S. I would like to see the court system get more educated on the dynamics and cycle of abuse, to see what is really happening in these situations. It's sad that these situations happen. How can we change this? I would like to start a coalition to make change in the family court system.

Living in a country who never cared or gave a damn about the innocent abused child. Never back the years and even today all your situations are very relevant stories to many a MOTHER. Genuine and good mothers will always want what is best for their beautiful birthed children. It is extreme lack of care by the authorities to provide safe havens for you all. In our small country we can't do it adequately. I can imagine our hopeless it seem where you are all trying to get safe havens for your lovely children. Don't Quit, Don't give up hope. Be brave, Be stong for yourselves and your children. Keep your child safe from such sicko's, brutes, ignorant monsters of the mail specioes. Care for yourself too in all your efforts for your child.

Yes the system sucks the c.a.s. are just their for a pay cheque they do nothing to protect abuse Children in Ontario either. Oh sure they put the abusive parent through courses etc. It's just a big show so they can collect their pay cheque. My Grandson said His mother back Him a corner with a knife and it was reported but He is still with His abusive mother HIs mother has abuse Him since He was a baby she gets away with all the time. Money and more money for lawyers what a laugh you are lucky if that will even do it cause all lawyers etc stick together.
