Comforting Words For Sufferers of Child Abuse

This isn't a story of abuse. I'm writing this to help people that have been mentally, emotionally, sexually, and/or physically abused. To be honest I have never been abused but from reading these stories I feel a connection.

I read these stories and some may not have been as tragic as others but they're all abuse anyway you look at it. I just want to tell all of you, that there is still hope and that no matter how bad you may feel it is not your fault, EVER! I read these and wondered, "How could people be so cruel to each other?" I've been reading these stories for awhile trying to find an answer but never can.

I know people are cruel, but to their kids? Family? I've heard of abuse but to this extent is not...I'm at a lost for words. I just want to tell you all that there is still hope for you and you may feel like everything is over; that nobody's going to help. You're wrong. There are people there, and all their doing is waiting for your call.

Some people said in their stories that they were threatened, but you need to understand that there are people out there, where ever you are, waiting to help you!

I will keep you all in prayers. No one deserves what you're receiving. But please keep in mind that you are loved and cared for and you are never alone. Just pray to God or look for help but there will ALWAYS be a shoulder to cry on when you need it. My dad always used to tell me, "Keep praying and you will soon receive!" That's what you should keep doing, and trust me you will soon receive far more than you thought you ever would!!
