Most definitely "food for thought". An extremely well thought out article. Oftentimes parents feel the need to control who they can control when their own lives, or aspects of their lives, are out of control. It doesn't make it right...just more food for thought. We need to help these parents regain control in their own lives in order for them to stop mistreating their children who have no rights besides the ones these parents choose to give them, if any. Your parents did a tremendous job raising you with food, and likely other ways. You have much to be proud of, Roxie. Thank you for sharing with my visitors and me. Sending you love and light.
