Another Helpful Mood Changer
Another thing I love to do when I feel stuck in a negative thinking rut...I take a nice warm shower (or bath if I have time). It really helps!
Sometimes I also find it helpful to: Step 1
- relax and accept the way I am feeling... Step 2
- think about what I am most appreciative for in my life right now (even if it's small)Step 3
- think about enjoying the present moment - how good the warm water feels, a nice-smelling soap, breathing deeply...Email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses AND website/blog URLs in visitor comments are STRICTLY prohibited, and could result in being banned from making further comments on this site.
