An "inner connection..."
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Sarah, I can really relate to running in the woods to the sights and sounds of nature. When we connect with nature, we connect with ourselves. Add to that inner connection, the clear mindedness that comes with running, the synchronicity of and breathing in time with each stride, the rhythm of your heartbeat in time with your body in motion...it's a delicious recipe that can't help but yield "spiritual results."

Singing faith songs...what a lovely way to push out the negative and invite the positive. Thank you for sharing with my visitors and me how you release the tension, Sarah.

creating space to be free to express the real and beautiful you.
by: maurice

Sarah, just as each one of us who were absued have to find our own way of living with it in a positive thinking way. Likewise we all have our individual way to find peace and quiet just to be. I like nothing more than walking on my own in the forrests around me walking and just being amonw the tree. Just under the umbrella of the sky. in the natural creation all around and no other human being in sight. Oh that is heavenly for me likewise I too play songs with religious themes and quiet music. It is so important to love the beautiful and real you at these times. I hold onto my huge mirror image of me beautiful etc at these during this quality time for me. Sarah always believe in yourself. I'M SPECIAL.
