I'm SO proud of your mother for acting and doing what she had to do in order to keep you safe from that abusive guy. She did what a mother is supposed to do. Please understand, Alanna, you deserve so much better than the abuse he was dishing out. You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, ALWAYS. Don't ever lose sight of that. Talk to your mother about what you are dealing with now, and about the possibility of getting counseling for what you endured. You're worthy of that kind of help. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Always believe in yourself: NOW you know your mother loves you dearly: wants what is the best for you: Protects you: You stay safe now: You are brave and strong teenager/adolecent: Highly intelligent: stay in education: stay safe: be safe: One sure way to widen your horizon and your thinking is Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Yes: Alanna: off your bottom and get out there with your friends, fellow students taking part in team sports: sporting and cultural activities: You are gifted: you are Tallented: you have leadership qualities so share them with your own age group: Alanna: a good and true friend is blessing, a gift, a gold nugget: I am sure you have 1 or 2 your own age and gender important) so you can help and advice each other when boy/girl relations don't work out: Keep each other cool, happy, in each others company: Team sports are a natural way of growing in the company of like-minded people: Great friends are madw foe lifw and good aqauaintances make one feel good when they meet: Darlene has lovingly given you arrirmation and words of love and encouragement: Act on them:
