The stress of "change"...

Positive self talk is a wonderful way to treat your frightened "inner child", Sarah. And looking at it as though you are speaking to one of your children is an affirming aspect of this self talk. Doing so is not only reassuring; it's also giving voice to your fears, which is very important in dealing with them. Thank you for sharing this with my visitors and me.
