When family continues to be abusive, there may come a time when we have to severe any ties with them. When a child is abused by all family members, including siblings, it is typically because the parents either do nothing to prevent it or they support the sibling abuse. It gets so messed up. And based on what you described, your siblings were, and likely still are, criminally messed up. As for your parents, they were deeply and troubling-ly disturbed. It's what you do now with your life and the lives of your children that are the most important going forward. And of course, making sure that your abusers never have the opportunity to impose on your children the same abuse they imposed on you.

Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. I send you love, light and healing energy, Pegi.
