To Ryan:
by: Darlene - Webmaster

You submitted your story quite some time ago...my sincere apologies for taking so long to post. I've been dealing with eye issues that have made reading online a major problem. I do thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

A coward? No. Not at all. It takes great courage to keep moving forward when the people you spend the most time with are calling you down at every turn. It's very easy to adopt the messages as your own. But you know the truth of it, Ryan. You know you're being targeted.

It sounds as though your boyfriend is a support for you, and that can be a good thing. Just never forget your own value, and the fact that you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. And that starts by treating YOURSELF with dignity and respect, which means the self-destructive behaviour needs to stop. You need to find a healthy alternative to release the emotional pain. You deserve that.

I send you love and healing energy, Ryan.
