I couldn't agree more! Puzzles are a fantastic way to take your mind off things. Picking up the pieces and putting them together is a metaphor for life, a way to make a connection to what ails you. It's also a wonderful way to keep your mind working optimally. And when the puzzle is all put together, there is such a feeling of accomplishment. Thank you for sharing how you de-stress with my visitors and me.

Agreed! Try Lego also!
by: My Two Cents

I totally agree with you. My own de-stressor device is building Lego models. I'm currently trying to set up a Lego train city in my basement. So I mainly focus on Lego trains and Lego city theme sets but I also keep an eye out for sales of Lego items and donate things I get on the cheap to local daycares and the Xmas Cheer Board.

It is so important to take the time to RELAX after the kinds of days some of us have, to concentrate on doing an activity that doesn't really have a purpose, at least not an urgent one.

Be well.

My Two Cents.

Good Idea.

I guess you can say that I try now to put my pieces of my puzzle of my abuse by writing. I used to be a good writer in school. I'm even thinking of writing a book. Good for you. It give me more ideas how I can put the pieces back together in my life. Thank you
