Synergy...
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Thank you for sharing with my visitors and me how coming to this site has helped—and continues to help—you, Maurice. Helping others with their pain can be so cathartic to our own pain. And when visitors such as you post a story or article or comment for other visitors to read, there is a synergy that happens, a synergy that is difficult to measure. A comment to a survivor of child abuse may trigger another comment, which triggers another, which in turn can provide a support system for each and every person who reads and contributes to the various pages on this site. I am honoured that you have chosen my site to offer your perspective on the issue of child abuse and its ever-present effects. It's dedicated people like you, Maurice, who help to make this site both interactive and supportive. Again, I thank you for your daily contributions to the many visitors who share of themselves on the various pages of this site. You are the epitome of encouragement. You are a gem.
