KC:

I applaud and commend you for realizing you need help with all that happened to you in your childhood. Go into the process recognizing that you will have work to do, grueling work, but work that will reap the benefits. I speak from experience. Though it was emotionally draining to finally allow myself to feel all the emotions I'd buried deep inside, it was also amazingly liberating. Trust the process, but also take care with your pregnancy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
