I couldn't agree more: we MUST learn to love our Selves first and foremost. For many years I've shared one of my own beliefs: We can't change ow we feel, but when we change how we think we automatically change how we feel, which automatically changes how we act. That's what you've done; change how you think which led to changes in how you felt about your Self, your life (Present and Past), and ultimately led to you turning your own pain into power. Keep up the great work, Joy. Your name says it all...you've found the joy that is in Joy. I send you love, light and continued healing energy. Thank you for sharing your inspirational story with my visitors and me.
