Thank you for sharing your neighbour's story with my visitors and me. You are making a tremendous difference in his life. His sister needs help. Her behaviour will very likely escalate on her brother, and on others. She's a bully; and as such, she is 4 times more likely to be involved in criminal behaviour by the time she's 18, 4 times more likely to have committed multiple offenses by the time she's 24, which will become not just a family problem but a societal one. Please consider reporting what you know to the authorities and Child Protection.

Love your neighbour as yourself: Is exactly is what your are doing for that little boy: You are showing tremendous goodness to him: you are loving and cherishing him making him feel important even in his abuse: His Sister needs loads of help and love but sadly she must realise that for herself: You can begin the process for her by telling the Aurgorities on her abuse and ill treatment of her brother: Act on the advice of Darlene: Her comment is so wanting to help all concerned especially the brother: She also wants help for his sister: You are in the awkward position of wanting to do what is best for the little boy but also feeeling you don't want to interfere in your neighbours problems: But you have a blatant abuse of a little boy in front of your eyes I am sure you will do what ou know to be best for all concerned: You are one very special Neighbour: Thank You:

Please report them to CPS. I know CPS don't always come to help either. Its hard with CPS at times but please do report this family. I'm glad you step in and help this child out but some day the family may take that away and the child is left alone again. Glad you are helping this child. NO child deserve to be abuse by anyone!! Sad to say, I'm pretty sure there are other neighbors that have seen this happen. I know if I have, I would make a report. You can make anonymous reports. There are siblings that are bullys to there younger siblings. THat is sad to see. Its a hard one too. because you maybe told when you make a report thats sibling Rival.
