While I thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me, and for your heartfelt apology to "James", you're mistaken when you say "it's no excuse." You must put this into proper perspective. Child on child sexual abuse and a sexually intrusive child, especially a 7-year-old child, is NOT the child perpetrators fault. Perpetrator isn't even the right word to use. You were a victim. What you did to James was not your fault. You are applying adult values on what you did as a little girl, a little girl who was barely out of diapers, a little girl who did not and could not have known better. Sexually intrusive children are children who have been sexually assaulted themselves; and when they are as young as you were, they are NOT responsible. Yes, it's quite possible (and likely) that the little boy was impacted with what happened, but the blame goes to the older person who started the chain of sexual abuse. Don't ever lose sight of that. The shame and guilt you carry is NOT yours to bear.
