Always Believe in Yourself: Don't Quit:

Trisha you are a slowy but very surely becoming a winner over abuse and those wh ruined your life as a child/adolecent: You have come through alot with bravery and courage: You are to be commended for your great efforts to make a life for yourself and your child: Trisha I admire your inner strength please keep thinking positive, acting posive and being positive in all you do and say. You are intelligent, you are gifted, stay with your education: Look in that mirror and say I am the most important woman/mother Now. I am going to be a winner over those B'''ards who almost ruined my life. My life is my own now: Trisha have a healthy mind in a healthy body: get out and about being active and alife with like-minded people taking part in Sporting and cultural activities: Their is natural power in togetherness doing what makes one healthy in mind and in body: There is safety in numbers too> Hi be gentle and kind on yourself and your body: hug and cuddle LOVE into yourself and soothe and massage oils and creams into your body. It is beautiful so you feel good about it: erase those awful memories of what those bad, bad people did to it and you. You deserve the best in life NOW.
