The right therapist can do wonders, but they aren't all created equally. If your doctor won't listen to you when you tell him/her that your meds aren't working, it's time to find another doctor. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

 forgetting?

I totally understand you on the part about forgiving and forgeting! I was molested when I was younger and I feel so ashamed and angry and my friend always says "its the past". I just get so irritated when she says it and its so good that she only says this over txts because just from reading it I wanna slug her. Just imagine what would happen if she was actually in the room saying it to me! She just doesn't understand as much as she thinks she does. Usually I can talk to her about it but when it comes to me feeling ashamed she just tells me its the past and I have to move on. I'd like to switch lives and early childhood memories with her for a second and see how easily she'd get over it because its not as easy as she makes it out to be and when she trys to act like she understands it just further annoys me.

Terra B: Their might be similiarity in stories on darlene site but she treat each one who write their story equally: Valueing and respectin each one's pain, hurt, questionings, doubts, fears ec> She is a professional: She is a good steward of her site: She has spoken honest words from her heart to you: Yo were unlucky, you got a bad counsellor/therapist: Don't give up make inquiries about others and I am certain you will find a good one for you: Don't quit. remeber when you feel you have reached the lowest ebb flow the only back is up: You'll be a winner for yourself and your children: They will give you the inner strength to get the neccessary help that Darlene suggests: My prayers and best wishes are with you Always believe in yourself: If you have a friend or two whom you have shared or who know your story let them help you: A true friend is worth anything in gold: I hope you have a few:
