Stop it now

Unless your story is about the past, it sounds to me like you are still being abused. If so, it's time to stop it. Your mother didn't believe you. So what. Tell someone else or call one of the hotlines on the stories page. If you're afraid of what will happen, that's just the abuser putting fear in your head to keep you quiet.

You don't deserve it. It's not your fault. It can be stopped. Put an end to it now.

If you're talking about the past, you should still tell someone and get counseling because it will help you move on.

What a comment back to you Tania 1: Mike said it all: Get help: go speak with a counsellor: Great you arrived on Darlene's site: You expressed ever so honestly your hurt and pain from the abuse of your Father: Wheteher your speaking in past or present tense makes little difference because you were abused and you need Support and help to put it in perspective for yourself: Oh yes you have a full life to live, the place to begin is to speak to a friend, a counsellor, get help, The Counselor will re-assure you: build up your self confidence: You are one wonderful, beautiful human being, Adolecent/young woman/ young adult intelligent thinking woamn: What colour is God's skin: It is like Joseph and his amazing tecnicolour dream coat: God created you, that is all tha matters: The colour of your skin does not make you different to me with white skin: You are flesh and bones beautiful: Always Believe in yoursel: Live your life to the full: Build up a good mirror image of yourself: Who do you see looking out at you from the mirror??? Me, Me, Now Tania no negative thinking about the me looking out at you: I am, I have, I am beautiful: Be kind and genltle to that body that was wrongly abused by your Father: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Oh yes Tania 1, don't be lazy, get out there with your friends and like-minded people taking part in sporting and cultural activities: Show off your tallents, your gifts, be proud of who you truly are: You'll be so free that you will dwell less in the negative and concentrate on the goodness and the positive about yourself: I want what is the best: Darlene too is delighted you found her site because she passed your sad and tradgig abuse story on to us: She is aware you will be loved and have friends who care about you genuinely/sincerely/respectfully: Her site is a safe place to begin your recovery from abuse: OK now Tania 1 off your bottom and get the help you need: Stay safe, Be safe:
