Yes indeed, you ARE "a strong 13-year-old!"
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

I'm so glad you found the strength to stand up for yourself and told your grandmother what that sex offender was doing to you, Sentora. I'm delighted that your mother had the good sense to believe you and throw him out of the house. I'm very sad your molester isn't going to prison for what he did. I hope you are in some type of counselling in order to help you with the emotional turmoil all this has left you with. You didn't deserve to be sexually assault. You DO deserve some help for having been sexually assaulted. Even strong people need help when such terrible things happen to them.

Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me, and for including your very important message that telling someone is standing up for yourself. And I also want to thank you for providing such supportive and encouraging comments to others who have contributed on this site.
