 You must change the way you think about this...

Of course you wish it had never happened. But it DID happen; and you are not to blame for it, Sachia. Your words clearly tell me that you do blame yourself. What this boy did to you was wrong and vile. You cannot place adult values on things you did and choices you made as a child, especially as a five-year-old! How could you have possibly known better? How could you have possibly protected yourself? You are not to blame; HE was, and IS, to blame. Period. No question about it.

You must learn to change the way you are thinking about this if you have any hope of healing from the emotional trauma. Every day you focus on the molestation, every day you wish you had never sat on this disturbed boy's lap, you not only re-live every dreadful moment, you give up your power to that boy. You must take back that power. I urge you to get some form of counseling in order to help you do that, Sachia. This boy and his cowardice family don't deserve one more second of your oh-so precious life. And Sachia, nothing, no matter how good or bad, can ever re-happen, except in the limitless power of our own minds.

It wasn't your fault, the boy was a pervert. You were only five years old. I'm glad they left town. You can get over this and have a happy life. Don't let the past actions of that boy, hold you back. I wish you well.

What kind of christian does that to a five year old? I glad they fled town and your your parents dealt with your abuse. Don't blame yourself for what that child molester did. It wasn't your fault!
