You need someone you an trust to talk to. Someone who can help you deal with the abuse and all the loss you've experienced in a very short period of time. Consider a trust teacher or a school counsellor or if you're still a youth, contact a hotline where you can speak to someone. If you're in Canada or the USA, consider Child Help at 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) in order to talk to someone about the abuse you are still dealing with. They are staffed 24/7 with professionally trained counsellors who will listen to you. Visit their website by copying & pasting the following URL into your browser: http://www.childhelp.org/get_help

I can only hope you are now in a safe place, a place where there is dignity, respect and love. But no matter what, always treat your Self with that dignity and respect and love. Start by getting the help you need. I send you love, light and healing energy, Sabrina. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

First of all, sorry for your loss because I know what it's like to lose someone you've been close to so far. Second of all, if you're still in that house with that brute of a dad, please tell someone you really trust and keep telling until someone finally listens to you and starts helping you.

I just prayed for you. Hopefully you're doing well and living with people that will be good to you and your brother. I'm very sorry for your losses.
