 So much betrayal

Oh, Roger. I so related to the little boy who was so eager to help and so excited about being the only child in the orphanage to know where all the eggs were hidden; finally a tiny spark of happiness for a little boy who was treated with such contempt. I so related to the enormously proud little boy who showed how smart he was by reciting all the books of the Bible. Then . . . THEN . . . to have his rewarding moment quashed, that tiny spark of happiness doused by a twisted excuse for a human being . . . my heart truly breaks for the little boy who was betrayed in every possible way.

Agreed that feeling proud of oneself and then having it GONE is simply beyond words. Your story is truly amazing, that you lived and now seem to be doing fine

I just have to say I am sorry about what you've been through. I want to tell that little 7 year old boy I am sorry this happened. It should not have happened. I've read your experiences and they break my heart. This world is filled with an evil presence that seems to prey upon innocent trusting children. I know it was not God's purpose for things like this to happen to children. The devil has brought these atrocities to mankind, but according to His word Revelation 21:3,4 all the things we experience now will pass away. This promise has helped me to cope with my own past abuse experience.

I'm so incredibly sorry for what has happened to you. I can't even imagine what it must be like to live through something like this and I give you my greatest sympathy. Best of luck.
