Consider doing keyword searches online for books that might help you, but don't only check into PTSD. Check into books on self-esteem, self-awareness, spirituality (not religious books, there's a big difference), and then look to your local library for copies if you can't afford to purchase them. Book from Byron Katie, especially her book titled "Loving What Is" are excellent choices. They can help you to deal with what happened to you in a way that centers around your thoughts. Good luck with everything, Rick, and thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. And thank you for sharing the lovely photos.
