Your mother's boyfriend "groomed" you. He took advantage of your youth and vulnerabilities. And your mother was an enabler. She put you at risk bringing him into your lives, and she turned a blind eye when you told the truth. This sent you through one challenge after another within a broken system. So many people failed you, Rebecca. But you've persevered. You're now about to graduate high school, and you have a job. I do hope you can expand on your education even further and make a life for your Self that is happy and full of healthy choices. I'm delighted that you are now in a safe place. But there is a lot of residual aftermath given what you've endured throughout your life. I hope you'll consider some form of counselling in order to help you deal with that aftermath. You deserve that kind of help, Rebecca. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
