It's very common to seek out affection elsewhere when you're not getting it at home. Please stop blaming yourself for what happened. None of it was your fault. NONE OF IT. I strongly recommend you seek out some form of counseling to help you deal with the effects of the various forms of abuse you endured. You didn't deserve to be abused in any way. You most definitely deserve help now that you have, and before you talk to your brother or any other member of your family. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Just my thoughts
by: Anonymous

I am very sorry that all of these things have happened to you. It saddens me to think that one would have to go through these things. I hope that you are aware that at such a young age, you could not and cannot be held accountable for those things that have happened. I wasn't and isn't your fault. I do reccomend counseling, though I know how difficult it can be to tell people these horrific things. I only hope that you can find healing.
