Always Believe in YOURSELF: I'm Special, I am WORTH doing something for.

NAT, No quitting now, no giving up on yourself. It is the easiest thing to do if one has suffered as you have in an abusive house/home/family/life. I can be the winner over abuse: I will, I can, I must because I am WORTH it. Always believe that about yourself NAT. Darlene is a winner over abuse, her site is the stepping stone for you to bounce from back into living your life to the full. You may feel you are at a very low ebb in your life right now after all you were put through in abuse so the only way back from there is UP UP. Build up your own self esteem/worth. look at yourself in the mirror. Don't see a negative thinking me looking back at you. first feelings Nat: I have a slighly vulgar way of getting you to think good about yourself: Think positive, be positive, act positive in all you think, say, and do about yourself. PEE or S away the negative thinking and feelings you have about yourself: Get out and about having a healthy mind in a healthy body: Oh yes NAT most important, find likeminded friends/people for you to take part with in sporting and cultural activities: It is the most natural form of counselling and learning about yourself: NAT Darlene has given you the key to open doors for your benefit, beginning with some form of counselling, she knows best, she's worn the tee-shirt of abuse, she's torn it off, made a life for herself, she's the HOPE all her many visitors get when she offers them ways forward and out of abuse: She is a winner. She know YOU NAT can be a winner too. from victim to victory is her book, her story away from abuse. She's an ANGEL of hope for her many visitors to her site. she was a visionary when she set it up a great relationship lady: OFF your bottom now Nat, don't sit any longer bemoaning the fact you were abused: Live in the NOW time of your life: I will, I can, I must, because I am WORTH it.
