That is who I see behind the undisclosed 59: You came to the right place (SITE) safe Haven for people like you who want to receieve help to put what happened you into perspective: All you do is follow Darlene's loving, re-assuring heartfelt words to you personally: You'll be fine: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body, by that I mean get out and about with your friends class/college mates taking part in sporting and cultural activities: Erase the memories by being gentle and kind to yourself and your body: you a re young and beautiful: you are gifted: you have tallents: share them about: Build up a good mirror image of yourself: Firstly by loving the me you see in the mirror: saying positive things about yourself: you know what I mean: Get all negative adjectives out of your thinking about yourself: Let your motto be I WILL: I CAN: I MUST: Because I am WORTH it. Get my loving message wonderful member of the human being species.

Finding your path to heal is critical for your safety. In my own path of recovery and healing, I have had MANY people turn their back on me, including my own parents. But in the process of finding my voice and continuing to fight for my innocence and rebirth, I've found wonderful people to stand by my side. I'm glad I wasn't silenced by the abuse...I believe that continues to make us feel trapped and shamed. I'm proud of you for speaking your mind and striving for peace within.
