At a time in the world where institutional abuse is coming to the forefront around the globe, perhaps it would help your healing to bring to light to the community exactly what happened to you while you were in care as a child. Talk to your family. Talk to a counselor. Consider this as an option. It won't change anything, but bringing it out of the darkness, letting the secret out, may well get you on the road toward healing and recovery. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
