You proved your father was wrong...you are NOT worthless. You are special and worthy of dignity and respect. Always live with that belief. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Always Believe in YOURSELF
by: maurice

I will, I can, I must, because I have proved it and I am worth it. Meh, well done, Always love and respect yourself, value your own self and then you will treat others equally so. Great you have a friend, the love of your life, Darlene sure valued you and respected you for your sharing your story on her site. Sadly many Parents like your Father put their loving, gifted, special children down. Instead of allowing them to blossom and grow in their own self worth and self esteem. Your Father was not loving and affirming of your specialness. Great you have found someone who does acknowledge You. Don't put yourself down ever. don't put another down. Always believe in YOURSELF.
