I have not ignored you...
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Mary, allow me to first say that I'm very glad to learn that you think highly enough of yourself to enter into therapy in order to help you deal with the childhood abuse inflicted by your adoptive parents. You've certainly earned that kind of help.

I also thank you for being respectful about not including your blogs name here on this site. I do have a strict policy about such inclusions. In order to stay in good standing with the search engines, I scrutinize for appropriateness and content, but I am limited with my time; therefore, it has taken longer than usual to post your story. Within these visitor submission pages, I only permit links that lead in with information about the author, as you will note above. I have had to remove your lovely and touching poem because I cannot permit duplicate content on my site. I trust you understand my position.

Keep up the inspiring work that you do, Mary. I know that you help countless survivors with that work; and for that, you are an angel.

Wow that sucks
by: Francine

Mary, your family is so messed up! Have you talked to a counsellor/therapist yet? If not, you might want to do it now cuz you are worth the help. Your family should've loved and cherished you, even your mother. Many loving dads and aunts/uncles would never be perverts and have sex with you; loving mothers WOULD NOT BRAG ABOUT STARVING YOU!!!!!! THEY ALSO WOULD NOT GLOAT ABOUT SLAPPING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you and your most recent submission...

Mary, thank you for your understanding. I'm writing this morning because I want you to know I've had to delete your latest submission because it appears elsewhere on the Internet. Just a friendly reminder that I cannot accept submissions that are duplicate content.
