There are people who can help you, but you must speak up. You must reach out for help. Please contact one of the hotlines listed on my stories page, depending on where you live, in order to talk to someone confidentially. You deserve that kind of help. You DO NOT deserve to be mistreated. Reach out for help. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Seek Help.
by: Stephanie

When I was your age, I was bullied intensely. I know it seems like a dumb idea to tell the teachers, but some needs to know. The sooner you talk, the less trauma you'll face when you're older. People will always give you ultimatums saying if you do something, they'll do this. Tell someone, 'cause chances are when you say something, they won't do anything. Seek help. Counselor, teacher, principal, etc. Look into it for your safety.
