After reading what you wrote above, I've decided to post this part of your story as Part 2

Linda, the most loving thing you could have done for yourself was to break of any dealings with your mother as a result of her continuing to be abusive. Congratulations! I do hope you'll consider some form of counseling in order to help you through the repercussions. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

It was not easy: you did not do it lightly: The all important thing that matters is that you broke away from your Mother: Good on you: Darlene as always is speaking to you personally so follow her loving heartfelt advice in her comment to you: You deserve the best so go for it now following Darlene's words of affirmation and encouragemenet: Hi. let your Motto be, I will: I can: I must: why??? Becaue I am WORTH it: change your lifestyle's Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: It will work wonders for you if you begin Today: So off your bottom: get out and about with your friends and likeminded people your own age and gender taking part in cultural and sporting activities: Oh yes if you are prone to be lazy this form of life will open up ne horizoans and thinking for you: You'll feel the difference in no time: Celebrate YOU and always believe in yourself
